Our founders have 50 years of combined experience in marketing, event planning and print services. If your box is tied to an event or corporation, know that we can help you “beyond the box.” We offer the following (but not limited to):
Digital Save The Date
Design and distribute a Save The Date. This helps to prepare your virtual attendees for the invitation and proven to increase number of attendees.
Digital Invitations
Design and digitally distribute invitations that have a direct link to reply. This enables us to have a firm understanding of RSVP’S as well as safely collecting mailing addresses.
Online experiences
we have curated talent from across the world. We have our own talent to share and more than happy to work with yours.
Item Sourcing
The Gurus will source unique gift items that coordinate nicely with the theme of your event. This includes foods, promotional items, as well as items needed to enjoy the virtual experience. Items are sourced based on per box budget.
Sponsorship management
The Gurus manage your sponsors when it comes to getting them exposure at your event. All eyes on them when their branded item is delivered, or their service or message comes straight to your attendee’s door. We are thrilled they are looking to support your event. We will work directly or through you to coordinate the perfect item or message.
Packing and Shipping
Do you have the online experience handled but need some extra hands to facilitate? The Gurus are here to handle the facilitation, packing, shipping, and assembly. We can even handle inventory if you will have your items included in your engagement boxes.

Live Streaming/video production
